Sales :

• Until 150 000 € : 10% TTC VAT included
• From 150 001 to 220 000 € : 6% TTC VAT included
• From 220 001 to 2 499 999 € : 4% TTC VAT included
• As from 2 500 000 € : 3.5% TTC VAT included

These rates include VAT (20%).
Our fees are paid by the purchaser and include visits, negotiation and constitution of the file.

Rental :

• Rental governed by the law of July, 6th of 1989: To be paid by the tenant: 12 euros/sqm for the visit, fulfillment of the file, drafting of the legal document + 3 euros/sqm for the inventory. To be paid by the landlord: one rental month charges excluded.
• Rental non governed by the law of July, 6th of 1989: To be paid by the tenant: one rental month charges excluded.
